Leadership decisions

Deciding is a short weekly ritual, not a dashboard. There is no separate triage page: you act on the pitch itself.

1. Open the Pitch hub and use Needs triage to see untouched pitches, highest signal first
2. Open a pitch and choose Quick Win, Shape Up, or decline — each action opens a short explainer before you confirm
3. Ship completed Quick Wins and Shape Ups to the Impact Log from the pitch. Write What changed (required) and an optional comment; the claimed “If it works” stays on the record
4. Use Reverse decision to return a Quick Win, Shape Up, or declined pitch to Open if you need signal and critique to resume
5. On shipped pitches, Update impact lets you edit What changed or add a comment without unshipping

A Quick Win can still be sent to Shape Up or declined later, if it turns out to be more complex than it looked.

School leaders see their school plus campus-wide and trust-wide pitches. Use the school picker in the header to switch between a school, a campus, or Whole trust when you belong to more than one. Trust-central staff can browse and pitch to the whole trust.
