HR and staff conduct

This channel is for staff. Students and parents are not sent here — a concern about a teacher goes to the complaints policy instead.

Include, as far as you are comfortable:

• what happened, in your own words
• when and where
• who else was present, if that is relevant
• what you would like HR to do next

Do not paste the same account into a Voice pitch. Pitches are visible to the audience you choose and are not confidential.

Why Voice blocked this

Voice is for how the school works — processes, spaces, routines. It is not for:

• grievances or disciplinary matters
• allegations about a named member of staff
• pay, contracts, or employment disputes

HR colleagues are the right people for that. They will acknowledge your email and follow the handbook.
