# Leadership decisions

Deciding is a short weekly ritual, not a dashboard. There is no separate triage page: you act on the pitch itself.

1. Open the Pitch hub and use **Needs triage** to see untouched pitches, highest signal first
2. Open a pitch and act once: Quick Win, Shape Up, or decline with a reason the raiser can read
3. Ship completed Quick Wins and Shape Ups to the Impact Log from the pitch

A Quick Win can still be sent to Shape Up or declined later, if it turns out to be more complex than it looked.
