# HR and staff conduct

**This is a demo page.** In a live trust it would open the HR portal or ticketing form. Voice never investigates staff conduct.

This channel is for **staff**. Students and parents are not sent here — a concern about a teacher goes to the [complaints](/help/complaints) policy instead.

## What to do

Include, as far as you are comfortable:

- what happened, in your own words
- when and where
- who else was present, if that is relevant
- what you would like HR to do next

Do not paste the same account into a Voice pitch. Pitches are visible to the audience you choose and are not confidential.

## Why Voice blocked this

Voice is for how the school *works* — processes, spaces, routines. It is **not** for:

- grievances or disciplinary matters
- allegations about a named member of staff
- pay, contracts, or employment disputes

HR colleagues are the right people for that. They will acknowledge your email and follow the handbook.
