# Shape Up

Shape Up is escalation, not the default. It is for changes too big to just do.

1. Leadership sends the pitch to Shape Up from the pitch itself
2. The first person to step up leads it
3. Others step up to join the **Shape Up Crew** - three people and the work is active
4. Working notes on the pitch hold what the crew is doing
5. Leadership ships it to the Impact Log when it is done

There is no seconding. On any pitch you can **upvote** to say it matters, or **step up** to say you want to be involved. Stepping up while the crew is still forming can be undone; once the crew is complete you are in.

Quick Wins skip this path entirely.

Note that "crew" means two things in Voice: your school Crew, and a Shape Up Crew formed around one pitch.
