Formal channels (not Voice)

To keep everyone safe and supported, some things belong in dedicated, confidential channels.

  • Safeguarding or personal safety — tell a trusted adult, or report it through CPOMS.

  • Staff conduct, contracts, and personal HR matters — speak to HR.

  • Individual complaints and personal disagreements — use the formal complaints policy.
